The Wide Angle Slotted Lens Hood features one 2mm filter slot behind the bellows and is designed to fit onto the lens via the Adaptor Ring (as opposed to the Filter Holder).
The Wide Angle Lens Hood has much larger bellows which means it can be used in conjunction with wide or very large lenses - reducing the chances of vignetting that would arise if a standard lens hood were to be used.
